The Southern Highlands attracts all kinds of bridal parties, which I am so truly grateful for – but one of my favourite requests is when the bride asks me for glamorous elegant looking bridal hair and makeup.
This excites me so much! I know I will get the chance to be part of an extremely glamourous event – usually thank you to Mark and or Kelly from Bendooley Estate recommending me to the bride and groom for the brides hair and makeup.
This was one of those occurrences- I was still taking a well deserved rest from doing bridal hair and makeup – so that I could come back full of excitement and joy for every bride’s wedding day as a bride deserves, when lovely Christina contacted me telling me that Kelly thought we would be a perfect match – she said I was the best Glamorous bridal hair and makeup artist in the Southern Highlands – and thought we would get on brilliantly!
Kelly was right – we got on fabulously – and Christina’s hubby to be Pieter was also such a joy to be around.
This wedding was one of the most upmarket classiest weddings I have ever had the honour to be part of – but the best part was for me – being able to make Christina look like a natural glowing version of herself – honestly – how lucky was I?
How often do you get to have a bride who looks like a model?
The other amazing part of this wedding was working with some of the best industry suppliers. These beautiful photos were taken by Olguin Photography – and my favourite florist was on the job Form over Function! So the flowers were stunning! Add the amazing dress, head piece, shoes, AirBNB ……….. and of course -spending the morning with the loveliest personalities.
